I’ve been a runner, hiker, and biker, sometimes swimmer and weights guy for over 20 years. I’ve always enjoyed my fitness time but it was a haphazard program at best. Until, that is, I tried my first fitness app. It just seemed to allow things to fall into place. I could see and chart my progress, get tips, and get organized. The more I began to delve into other fitness apps and then into health apps the more my routines became productive and enjoyable and my health improved accordingly. It became fun to try out new apps to see what they could do and watch them evolve.
